Construction of a modern residential complex consisting of 300–400 modular homes. Eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and rapidly built using prefabricated technology. Targeted at the middle class and young professionals, with green areas and full infrastructure.
Data Center, Barcelona
Construction of a high-tech Tier III data center with 20–30 MW capacity. Equipped with renewable energy-based cooling systems, backup power, and top-level security. Suitable for IT companies and cloud services. Low-rise building with expansion potential.
Office Building, Lisbon
Construction of a modern Class A office building (max 15 floors, approx. 12,000 m²). Minimalist contemporary facade, energy-efficient systems, underground parking, and relaxation areas. Ideal for corporate offices and coworking spaces in the business district.
Oil Refinery, Ceuta
Construction of a new environmentally advanced oil refinery (NPR) in an industrial zone near Gibraltar. Modern complex with up-to-date processing technologies (EU standards), capacity up to 100,000 barrels per day, storage terminals, and emission reduction systems.
Bilbao Arena, Bilbao
Construction of a large multi-functional sports complex. Includes an indoor arena for 8,000 spectators, swimming pools, fitness halls, basketball and tennis courts, plus spaces for major events. Will become the new hub of sports and community life in the region.
Modular Homes, Zaragoza
Construction of a second residential complex of modular homes (250–350 units) in a suburban area. Focus on affordable and sustainable housing with solar panels and smart home systems. Includes playgrounds, parking, and green spaces.
